Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 96000. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, a valid phone number, and an active email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time through additional verification processes. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until the process is completed.
Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 96000 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately to have your account frozen. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access due to your own negligence. Use a strong, unique password to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
96000 users are required to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not contravene applicable Malaysian law. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to collude with other users to manipulate betting outcomes, share accounts, or use false identities is a serious violation that will result in permanent account termination and possible legal action. 96000 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to withhold account balances while an investigation is in progress. Users are prohibited from posting, sending, or distributing any content that is obscene, threatening, defamatory, or in violation of another individual's privacy through any communication channel available on the platform. Account Termination & Suspension
96000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for reasons including breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, user request, or a management decision. Users may also close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any eligible account balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method once all conditions have been met and no active disputes are pending. Accounts terminated due to serious violations may not be eligible for the return of any remaining balance.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 96000 platform shall first be addressed through voluntary negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or legal proceedings under Malaysian jurisdiction.
